The owners had a very large existing patio overlooking the Hudson River, with no shade and not a lot of design interest. So using an existing dining table the owners have as a guide we designed them a beautiful covered patio. A second seating area was also added to keep the proportions of the house correct. The owners also requested a balcony off their bedroom which fits perfectly on the roof of the dining patio.
